MoMA QNS : Fashioning Fiction in Photography since 1990

| | Comments (2)

fashion at MoMAThe sheer volume of fashion photography produced in any one year makes me skeptical about how MoMA could sum up the 90s take on the genre with a collection of one assignment each from a handful of photographers. Nevertheless, Fashioning Fiction in Photography since 1990 is receiving a good deal of press and praise (though the Gray Lady frowned on it). Read the coverage at New York, The Village Voice and NY Times. Also, this entry at a great new photo art blog, Coincidences.

Hey, found your blog through the NYC blog map. I've just asked to be added...
Looks like we have a lot in common as far as our passion for food goes. I'm excited to try your risotto recipe. I'm always scared to try it though-seems like a hard thing to master...
